But their bell boys are very good. They are very helpful and they smile they have a good customer service. Still we enjoy our stay a lot. Date of stay: January Trip type: Travelled with family.

Arrived December 31 for the new year. Got 2 rooms for a family of 2. Hotel rate is steep given the holidays. Hotel Lisboa has its own grand aura but pales in comparison to the newer hotels in Macau.
The rooms are wide and still functional but unfortunately we were placed in a smoking floor despite our prior request. No Hermes toiletries as reported but the toilet is exceptional.
There is even a jacuzzi! Minibar is free and is replenished everyday! We were thankful for the free shuttle to and from the airport.
There is the Grand Lisboa help desk in front of the arrival exit. The guy personally assisted us from the airport exit hall to the shuttle bus.
He even made us go to the bus first despite the queue. Good job, man! The staff are responsive and very polite.
Kudos to the admin and would stay again but maybe on the non-smoking floor. JackEzrie wrote a review Jan Sabah, Malaysia 27 contributions 18 helpful votes.
Good central hotel. This hotel is big with multiple entrance and 2 lobbies East and West wing. Upon arrival, we ushered ourself to the reception counter.
The front office lady in red uniform seems not really welcoming as she only entertained chinese speaker guest. When i asked her about taxi fare from lisboa hotel to cotai area, she gave unclear answer.
The concierge guy, James interrupts us by saying its Mop and then give smirk face to the lady. Maybe they thought I was a newbie traveler and can easily be fooled.
This somehow ruin my stay experience. The check in staff, Mr Darryl and Concierge, Mr Anil are the real gem of this hotel.
They are really professional, with crystal clear explanation and genuine smile. They made my stay in here memorable. I would say this side of Macau is not for the kids.
On the last day we were not able to go to Cotai area due to the taxis and buses were not enough due to the overcrowded people in Macau. If you travel with kids, I strongly suggest to stay in Cotai area as all the theme parks and kids attractions are over there.
Date of stay: December Location. MikeCMelbourne wrote a review Dec Melbourne, Australia contributions helpful votes. Reasonable hotel but very poor shuttle service.
This is one of the older 'grand' hotels in Macau. Opulently furnished until it looked cluttered and like a history museum.
First impression was no good. We waited for the hotel shuttle bus at the airport but it didnt come. Waited more than an hour before it came. Other major hotels seem to have never ending stream of buses.
Lisboa and Grand Lisboa, as far as shuttle buses are concerned, totally pathetic. Hotel has multiple lobbies.
Once you located the right one, check in was brisk and hassle free. Hotel deco is certainly dated but kept clean and maintained. Rooms are ample sized and feels luxurious.
Breakfast was alright. Nothing fantastic but nothing to complain about. It gets crowded at times and food can finish very quickly but they do replenish at the regular rate.
Casino looks small in comparison to the newer establishments. You can go over to the Grand Lisboa for a bigger and newer casino. Location wise it is good for exploring the non gambling part of Macau.
You can walk to almost anywhere in the Macau peninsular. You can wander through the narrow streets and crowded high rise on the west side of the hotel.
Shops and restaurants are plentiful within walking distance. Location 5 stars Service 4 stars Room 4 stars Breakfast 4 stars Shuttle bus 1 star Overall 3.

I was supposed to stay in one of the Standard East Wing rooms but got a free upgrade to a deluxe rooms. The room is fully decked out and the bathroom comes with a super high-tech bathtub.
I love the fact that the room had free WIFI that was super fast and reliable to help me get all my work done that I had to do on this stay.
The Location is simply fantastic, just a short walk to Senado Square. Overall I had a fantastic stay and would want to stay again if we have another business function here.

Date of stay: January Permlarp A. Large Room but too old. Hotel Lisboa is closed the Senado Square 10 minutes walk.
They have free shuttle bus from Taipa Port to Gard Lisboa Casino which is cross the road to this hotel.
Also, bus stop is in front of the hotel too. Hotel room is too large, and also have bath tub and massage shower.
However, some function of massage shower is not work due to old. Date of stay: October Helpful Share. Mei-Mei J wrote a review Oct Impressive hotel.
We were at Hotel Lisboa last Sept. We arrived before check-in time and front desk personnel was so kind to have our upgraded to a beautiful room with 5 star amenities hermes soap, etc.
My family and friends were really impressed with the pictures I took inside the hotel. But breakfast food not so good. Date of stay: September Previous Next 1 2 3 4 5 6 … Manila contributions 19 helpful votes.
Answer from rbuckell. Oct Yes, but only from some rooms, you should ask the concierge where is the best place. However I would advise taking a taxi to the waterfront for the best view rod.

Not sure about the gym. But from airport you can take MGM or any bus going to the harbor then take the Hotel Lisboa from there. Cebu Island, Philippines 39 contributions helpful votes.

BTW, you will need HKD to play. You will need to cash your Macanese Pataka for HKD to buy chips and you will be paid in HKD that the casino WILL NOT convert back to Macanese currency.
